Defend professionals in malpractice actions involving accountants, lawyers, architects, and directors/officers
Draft pleadings, motions, and opinions in state/federal courts and appeals
Manage discovery and experts in high-exposure E&O and fiduciary breach cases
Advise on risk management and coverage issues for insured professionals
Negotiate resolutions and prepare for arbitrations/hearings nationwide
Qualification
Required
NY-admitted attorney
Experience in defending professionals in malpractice actions involving accountants, lawyers, architects, and directors/officers
Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and opinions in state/federal courts and appeals
Experience managing discovery and experts in high-exposure E&O and fiduciary breach cases
Knowledge of risk management and coverage issues for insured professionals
