Responsibilities
Campaign development -Lead development and execution of WhatsApp Business in-app communications digital strategy across owned and operated digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement
Leverage a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing to design and implement an audience-first creative and communication calendar that balances user-centric strategies with product adoption goals
Creative production responsibilities
Campaign execution -Partner with cross-functional teams, product, content, creative, DS, to create comprehensive and effective channel, measurable campaign experiences
Drive product adoption by crafting clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and utilizing deep links to seamlessly guide users to key features and experiences within the app
Lead working team of technical program managers, engineers, creative to drive campaign execution
Measurement and reporting -Work with the data science team to analyze web analytics, channel engagement data, and product usage data to monitor marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions

Basic understanding of mobile app development and experience collaborating with technical teams to implement communication strategies
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize communication effectiveness
Proven track record of managing projects that require a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and execution to deliver both foundational and innovative campaigns
Demonstrated ability to develop creative and unique solutions to marketing challenges faced by small businesses
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience
