Responsibilities

Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement with target audiences across multiple channels and directly contribute to pipeline creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PR, Solutions, Brand, and Events) to align initiatives with overall marketing strategies and broader business goals
Analyze campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts
Own and optimize the website to ensure engagement and conversion of prospects

Required

5+ years experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role for a B2B brand
Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
Naturally curious and love to experiment and tinker
Data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights
Technical experience includes using tools like Wordpress, Prismic, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and ad platforms
Familiarity with AI tools or marketing automation workflows required
Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
