They are seeking a New Business Development Executive who will generate new business through in-person visits and relationship building while owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

Generate new business through in-person clinic visits, cold outreach, and relationship building
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Educate physicians and practice leaders on ZEO’s biologic solutions
Build long-term provider partnerships in a high-growth biotech space
Track activity and pipeline in CRM and collaborate with internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in biotech, biologics, regenerative medicine, medical device, or pharma sales
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and follow-through
Motivated by performance, accountability, and growth
Benefits
10% commission on all sales (uncapped)
