Assembly Lead - Weekend Days

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the assembly team, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time
Assign workstations, tasks, and responsibilities to assembly staff based on workflow priorities
Train new team members on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines
Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs
Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime
Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing operations
2+ years of leadership or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
Preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge
