They are seeking an F117 Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Team, ensuring the final quality of delivered products and managing the inspection processes for F117 engines and modules.

Responsibilities
Lead the F117 Quality Inspection Team in the validating the final quality of delivered product and the training and certification of inspectors and quality supervisors
Develop and maintain a qualified Inspection Team to support F117 Program Deliverables
Responsible for Quality Oversight of the overhaul process for F117 Engines and Modules at HMC OKC
Oversee complete engine inspection aspects from Initial Induction, Overhaul, through to Final Customer release
Lead and collaborate on multiple Cross Functional Teams supporting F117 Engine and Module Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
Establish and maintain relationships with Government Partnership Focal Points to support F117 Program Deliverables
Serve as an issue resolution focal point working with engineering, operations, government partners, and customer support engineering to drive continuous improvement in products and processes
Continuous evaluation and support of processes impacting F117 HMC activities
Review metrics and drive data based continuous improvement efforts at F117 HMC
Support the non-conforming material process within the F117 HMC Quality Non-conforming Material Hold area
Train, mentor, and coach F117 HMC PW and USAF OC-ALC team members in the P&W Quality Management System
Oversee First Article Inspection Process
Oversee F117 HMC Quality metrics focusing on feedback loops and process improvement
Manage Root Cause and Corrective Actions for material and process non-conformances
Engage with US Government Customers as required
Oversee the F117 Conformance inspection (CX) process and area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
Preferred
ACE/CORE Associate (Lean Six Sigma equivalency)
Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or experience with the following: non – conforming materials; first article inspection; MRB; leading continuous improvement
Master's Degree
Familiar with FAA standards, particularly FAR 145
