Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills when addressing complex or time-sensitive situations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
0–3+ years of relevant professional experience
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organizational structure and dynamic environment
Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred
prior call center or high‑volume phone experience
