Responsibilities
Perform line technician services
Routine inspections and maintenance
System diagnostics
Full automotive trouble shooting and testing
Continuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and practice
Use a computer to utilize factory software to send service details to service advisors
Perform road tests for diagnosis of consumer’s complaint and verification of repair
Work as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating client’s vehicle needs
Attend manufacture specific training classes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 plus years' experience
Hold a valid driver's license and good driving record
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver's license
Preferred
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification a plus!
Domestic service tech experience a plus
