Responsibilities
Work with Through‑Hole Placement Technologies and electronically controlled processes, components, and full PCB layouts for final product creation
Operate and work with production machinery, including solder selection, wave solder, and conformal coat processes
Set up and run multiple machines and workstations simultaneously
Be a Through‑Hole Machine Operator by picking parts, setting up jobs per pick list, and running the production line
Perform first‑line inspection of boards to ensure build quality
Collaborate with technicians and team leads to troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate downtime
Safely lift 35–45 pounds
Prepare reels and feeders for through‑hole technology machines
Counts and moves materials to the production line
Burns firmware into electronic components using programming machines
Create and apply PCB labels manually or through automated systems
Perform machine setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances to print specifications
Conduct visual classification and repair of rejected boards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Preferred
1 year of previously related experience
Work required overtime, which may be up to 20 hours per week depending on production needs
