Senior Asset Manager

Stablewood Properties is a data-driven real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing high-quality assets. The Senior Asset Manager will oversee and optimize the performance of a growing retail portfolio, executing asset-level business plans and driving operational strategies.

Responsibilities

Own and execute asset-level business plans for a portfolio of retail properties and monitor asset performance relative to underwriting
Drive NOI growth through leasing strategy execution and capital planning
Manage third-party property managers and leasing brokers to drive performance and evaluate leasing deals and capital expenditures
Leverage Argus Enterprise and Excel to model lease structures, cash flows, tenant rollovers, and valuation
Perform in-depth market and asset-level research to inform underwriting assumptions, including rent comps, demographic trends, and economic data
Lead due diligence efforts, investment committee presentations, and internal reporting
Build and maintain complex Excel models to assess retail asset performance, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
Develop and implement tools using Excel and AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Present findings clearly through written memos and oral briefings to senior leadership and investors
Collaborate with the broader investments team to ensure data integrity and strategy alignment
Mentor junior team members to drive overall team development

Required

5–7 years of experience with a real estate investment firm, with a focus on retail asset management
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a strong plus
Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases & tools (e.g., CoStar, Argus, Power BI)
Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
