Conduct thorough conflicts analysis for lateral hires and new business intake
Identify potential conflicts and propose appropriate resolutions
Draft, review, and refine conflict-resolution language independently
Collaborate with conflicts attorneys and analysts across intake and lateral workflows
Manage a consistent volume of detailed, deadline-driven conflicts work
Qualification
Required
Attorney with prior conflicts attorney experience in an AmLaw setting
Must hold an active bar license in the state of residence
Preferred
Experience resolving conflicts, not just identifying them, is strongly preferred
Prior law firm practice experience strongly preferred, as these roles require minimal ramp-up and no extended training
Preference for candidates located in states where the firm has an office
