Must be onsite in Atlanta Georgia and willing to work in the office every day 9-5
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years designing ServiceNow enterprise architectures
Strong hands-on experience with data modeling and configuration item (CI) relationship mapping within ServiceNow CMDB
Proven success architecting and integrating ServiceNow with common enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Splunk, SolarWinds, or internal OSS/BSS platforms)
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON)
Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and related data flows
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business domains
Preferred
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred
Knowledge of telecom systems data models, network inventory structures, and asset lifecycle management
Experience implementing data federation and synchronization across multiple ServiceNow instances
Familiarity with their technology stack or similar telecom IT ecosystems
Experience in data quality, normalization, and schema validation tools
Working knowledge of ITIL 4 frameworks, data governance, and automation design
