Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of photography and video projects across multiple product categories
Source, secure, and coordinate shoot locations by partnering with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) and external partners (builders, vendors)
Develop and maintain a streamlined, repeatable process for managing production pipelines and location sourcing
Oversee pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production delivery
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external vendors (photographers, videographers, editors) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand
Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related communication
Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows, tools, and vendor partnerships
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in photography and video production (in-house, agency, or corporate)
Experience managing post-production workflows for stills and video
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Workfront, Airtable, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
