Strong verbal and communication skills, with good command of the English language (including a nurturing and professional demeanor)
AMS360 experience & PL Rater
Highly organized with experience in paperless desk
Proven experience with Personal Lines carriers websites for billing, endorsements & rewrites
Download reports & processing download renewals
Dynamic energy, a keen sense of humor, and a sincere interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization
