Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations
Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services
Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed

Required

10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to insurance industry clients
Deep understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Retirement, etc.), its value chain, and the unique challenges it faces
Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships
History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion
Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platform's features, and communicate the impact effectively
