Responsibilities

Support execution and day-to-day management of the external sales program, ensuring operational consistency and alignment with program goals
Maintain and update agent capacity models, forecasts, and staffing plans in partnership with the Senior Sales Program Manager
Track agent performance and KPIs; prepare recurring reports and insights for leadership reviews
Assist with administration and monitoring of incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment to performance objectives
Coordinate with BPO partners on operational needs, performance trends, and issue resolution
Support program optimization initiatives by identifying gaps, surfacing insights, and helping implement process improvements
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on messaging, compliance requirements, and program updates
Document and refine sales processes, tools, and workflows to support scalability and consistency

Required

4–6 years of experience in sales operations, program management, or sales strategy
Experience supporting sales teams or external partners
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics and translating data into insights
Solid project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting senior stakeholders

Preferred

financial services or lending experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
