Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate technical project activities tied to a large-scale office relocation and data center move
Gather and document business and user requirements supporting organizational personnel relocation
Plan and facilitate project planning workshops to define scope, tasks, timelines, and dependencies
Manage the execution of select project tasks, particularly related to building move coordination and data center relocation
Support resolution of project risks, gaps, and implementation issues by coordinating with project team members and stakeholders
Track progress across in-flight projects to ensure alignment with timelines and delivery objectives
Assist with review, closeout, and transition of legacy projects into operational support
Develop and maintain business and functional requirements documentation and functional specifications
Schedule and facilitate meetings, capture detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and communicate status updates

Required

Experience managing or coordinating technical or IT-focused projects in a complex environment

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working across IT, facilities, operations, and business teams
