They are seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to support their Information Technology team with day-to-day activities at their manufacturing plant, providing hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and assisting with IT projects.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to plant employees for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network, and user account problems
Respond to help desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve or escalate them as appropriate
Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
Support plant employees with software installations, updates, and user training when needed
Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, help desk activities, and issue resolutions
Support IT team members with special projects such as system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, or process improvements
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in gaining practical IT experience in a manufacturing environment
