Responsibilities

Manage Work Orders in Corrigo for Site Ops Teams including but not limited to verifying work orders, extending due dates, creating child work orders, managing flagged work orders, etc
Responds quickly and efficiently to inbound work orders from the building occupants
Dispatch service requests to vendors and confirms vendor acceptance of the work
Closing communication loop on all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure we are meeting our client expected KPI’s
Assist the Facilities staff in processing work order proposals for approvals
This associate may prepare vendor quotes/proposals for the facility operations team
Assist with vendor management including follow up with invoicing and closing out work orders in a timely manner

Qualification

Vendor managementCMMS work order managementFacilities maintenance terminologyExcel pivot tablesExcel V-look UpsOccupational healthSafetyInformation technology toolsClient relationship managementCommunication skills

Required

Understanding of basic technical aspects of facilities maintenance terminology is advantageous
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms

Preferred

Knowledgeable of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
Knowledgeable in pivot tables, V-look Ups and charts / graphs in Excel
CMMS work order management experience (Corrigo preferred)
