Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact, build trust, and maintain long-term, strong client relationships, including providing support with engagement letters, audit progress checks, and answering questions as required
Act as the escalating leadership member for important audit and tax client needs, account oversight, project direction, and appropriate management of clients
Orchestrate and lead all details for new client kick-off meetings
Responsible for correct documentation input into the TaxDome system on a regular basis
Verify that all fractional audit and tax specialists are staying within the scoped work/hours for each of their respective accounts
Uphold deadlines and documentation for assigned accounts, including maintaining and overseeing TaxDome for task tracking, time tracking, and notes
Setup client documentation and ensure proper organization in Google Drive and AuditFile system
Report weekly account progress and action items with the Sourced. owners on hot topics, issues, and opportunities with clients
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in account management and business operations
Previous experience in accounting, financial audits and/or tax engagements
Strong ownership mentality and commitment to success
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or related industries
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with innovative initiatives
Expertise in Google Suite management and communication
Ability to build deep, meaningful relationships with clients
Account management: 5 years (Required)
Financial auditing: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 (Required)
