Responsibilities
Training our attorneys in the legal complexities of commercial litigation and transactional representation
Fostering an emotionally intelligent work environment in which our attorneys can have a role in determining whether or not they work from home or the office
Practice law with emotional intelligence (EQ)
Interact with our clients, adversaries, vendors and one another with kindness, compassion and empathy
Pursue excellence in our work product and achieve the right result for our clients
Attend in-person court appearances, depositions, meetings and otherwise perform the work of an in-person commercial legal practice as defined by the needs of our clients and law firm
Mentoring new associates in a collaborative and multi-layered manner
Provide a 2-4 week intensive training program overseen by our managing attorney
Prepare associates to take on complex matters that will be challenging for them
Qualification
Required
JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school
judicial clerkship (preferred, but not required)
admission to the New Jersey bar
3-5 years of relevant commercial litigation experience
outstanding academic credentials
Preferred
admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania bar preferred but not required
