Customer Experience (CX) Intern
dormakaba is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Intern to join our Summer 2026 Rising Talent Program in Indianapolis. The CX Intern will work on the development of a service parts solution in partnership with our CX program, gaining hands-on experience alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Gather data, complete forms to be uploaded into a new online service parts database
Help to improve the overall process of finding the needed data (part numbers, diagrams, etc.)
Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor the assigned projects
Attend weekly Lunch and Learn sessions where you will learn more about a Business Topic of the Week! Examples of past topics include Presentation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, Our Products, Finance 101, etc
Sit in on meetings both within and beyond your designated role to broaden your engagement
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 through Spring 2029
Availability to work full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May - August 2026)
Preferred
Strong MS Office skills
Knowledge of SAP, Windchill
Experience working cross-functionally
