Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance / training of all financial and accounting systems
Responsible for and manages the timely and accurate preparation and completion of Month-end close reporting, Quarterly and annual budgeting/forecasting, Mandatory financial, state, and government audits, Required tax filings for NFP, and Inventory cycle counts
Plan and administer all financial Audits
Provide oversight of financial reporting associated with all revenue streams
Collaborate with the Development team on all financial activity, data analytics, reporting, and key metrics
Develop, implement, and enforce robust accounting controls, policies, and procedures
Guarantee compliance with all relevant governmental entities and agencies
Assist in managing treasury functions
Oversee all Accounts Payable operations
Lead process improvement initiatives
Monitor performance and productivity levels of direct reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA
Minimum of 5 years Non-Profit accounting experience required
