Responsibilities
Build warehouse operations that support safe, accurate movement of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods
Guide shipping, receiving, and daily scheduling for milk, cream, condensed whey, and finished products
Coordinate production schedules, inventory levels, freezer storage, and shipments to support demand and product quality
Write, update, and share standard methodologies for materials flow, storage, sanitation, safety, and food quality
Coach supervisors, develop training, steward the department budget, and coordinate external materials services with transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Eight years of experience supporting materials or warehouse operations in food manufacturing
Two years of experience guiding teams through supervisors or team leads
Proficiency with manufacturing systems and standard software, with ability to learn SAP
Experience coordinating production schedules, inventory levels, and outbound shipments
Preferred
Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience within dairy or cheese manufacturing environments
Experience overseeing warehouse budgets and external service agreements
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation programs tied to materials operations
