Must have data management platform experience that is in the Early R&D Space - CODE OCEAN IS THE BEST - BUT WILL TAKE OTHERS - DataBricks is the closest parallel - anyone well versed in omics data management platforms will most likely be a good fit
Primary platform: Code Ocean (code‑sharing & analytics)
Comparable platforms: Databricks, other omics data‑management solutions
Must understand metadata requirements and early‑stage R&D data flows
Organized - work with people to build project schedules
Ability to work cross functionally - 'speak the vocabulary' - ability to work with bioinformatics teams - IT Teams - and others
Must have some experience in R&D
Highly prefer some Omics experience
Prefer PM Tools experience - any will do - but they use Smartsheet and Confluence
The manager will not entertain PM without R&D and / or bioinformatics experience
3–5 years of relevant project‑management experience
