Responsibilities
Own Workday Integrations and Reports
Requirement Gathering, Design, build, implement and support Workday integrations using EIB's, Connectors and Workday studio
Build custom reports and API's
Document the requirement, integration design, and solution
Design and build security groups for integration and reports
Ensure securities are accurately provisioned for the reports/users
Perform unit testing and support QA testing
Ensure data exchanged with the third-party is secure and compliant
Work closely with the HRIS and business users to understand the paint points
Qualification
Required
Preferred Bachelor's degree with concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business
7+ years of WD experience
Strong working knowledge of the Workday Studio
Proficient in building complex Studio Integrations
Strong Working knowledge of the Workday integration tools including EIBs, Core Connector
Strong experience in Workday HCM
Hands-on experience of Developer tools
Ability to work with the business and vendor to gather requirements and ensure documentation is up-to-date
Strong knowledge of calculated fields and security
Rich experience in both Outbound and Inbound integrations
Experience in developing custom API's
Knowledge of XML, XSLTs
Working experience of Workday public API's - SOAP and REST
Must have excellent verbal/written communication, user interaction
