Responsibilities
Provide technical support for monthly consolidation and reporting using HFM, DRM, FDMEE, EPMA, Essbase, SQL, VBA
Maintain and enhance Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning applications
Deliver transformation projects leveraging Oracle Hyperion Planning for financial planning, BI, and reporting solutions
Ensure data integrity and metadata accuracy within EPMA
Optimize Essbase cube performance, functionality, and reporting attributes
Conduct Hyperion Planning training sessions for key users and end users
Design and configure Oracle Hyperion Planning solutions tailored to client requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors across Hyperion Planning and related components
Perform system administration duties including data input, validation, and trend analysis
Lead requirement gathering and manage business needs effectively
Drive Hyperion installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations (including Essbase 21c upgrade)
Manage project timelines, lead teams, and provide status updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Strong technical leadership
Hands-on administration
Ability to drive transformation projects in the EPM space
Technical support for monthly consolidation and reporting using HFM, DRM, FDMEE, EPMA, Essbase, SQL, VBA
Maintain and enhance Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning applications
Deliver transformation projects leveraging Oracle Hyperion Planning for financial planning, BI, and reporting solutions

Hands-on experience with multiple configurations of HFM, Essbase, FDMEE
Strong knowledge of Hyperion software installation and upgrades
Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder communication
