Communications Specialist
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Communications Specialist to support internal communications for company and store teams. The role will focus on creating, managing, and distributing communication to ensure smooth store operations.
Responsibilities
Research, create, and distribute Business Planner Updates and store communications
Format and standardize communication sent to stores
Create multimedia content (audio messages, videos, presentations)
Collect feedback from stores and share with stakeholders
Manage ad-hoc store communications
Track and communicate Stop Sale and Recall updates
Attend meetings and collaborate with internal teams
Act as content owner for intranet platform
Create and manage surveys
Support communication strategies for business programs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in communications, management, or store operations
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field
Strong MS Office skills (Excel) and Adobe PDF
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with digital communication tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Part-time | Onsite (3 days a week preferred)
20 hours/week
