Responsibilities
Partner with the executive leadership team to define and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals
Provide insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and informed decision-making support on cost optimization, resource allocation, and investment prioritization
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across shared services functions, fostering transparent communication and collaboration
Translate financial insights into strategic actions to drive operational efficiency
Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and foster alignment between financial goals and business strategies
Leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to analyze complex financial data, identify key trends, and provide deep insights that drive business outcomes
Develop and implement financial models, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and improve financial performance
Simplify and effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Lead, manage, and mentor a team fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture
Identify opportunities to enhance team capabilities through coaching, professional development, and succession planning
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of experience in business strategy, consulting or finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role supporting executive leadership teams and driving financial strategy
Proven expertise in shared services or multi-functional business environments, with strong collaboration and partnership skills
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, focused on driving results through data-driven decision-making and aligning financial strategies with broader business objectives
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and clearly convey complex financial information
Proven ability cultivating and guiding high-performing, collaborative teams, fostering a culture of growth and development
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
