Serve as the primary advisor for your clients
Expand your client base and pursue new opportunities
Build and lead a consulting practice within the firm
Oversee high-quality delivery with support from experienced teams
Qualification
Required
A strong, active book of business in Project Controls, Project Management, Program Management, Analytics or related discipline
Demonstrated success in business development and client leadership
Ability to scale revenue and/or bring a team
Clear ambition to move into partnership or ownership
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Generating $1M+ in annual client revenue
PMP/advanced degree preferred
