Compare timesheets with Salesforce schedules
Ensure proper billing codes
Scan and review timesheets
Review service invoices for accuracy
Process expense reports
Communicate with technicians regarding discrepancies
Other duties as assigned
Review inbox and Salesforce submissions
Follow up with technicians
Check in with Billing Supervisor
Reconcile receipts and expense reports
Process invoices
Assist with customer calls
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years industry experience
Detail-oriented
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Compare timesheets with Salesforce schedules
