Global Service Delivery Manager
DATAEXL INFORMATION LLC is seeking a Global Service Delivery Manager to oversee IAM Service Delivery. The role involves identifying delivery risks, leading incident coordination, and managing stakeholder communications across global teams.

Responsibilities
Identify delivery risks early and escalate with clear, actionable mitigation strategies
Provide concise, executive-ready status reporting (progress, risks, decisions required)
Lead incident coordination across engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams
Ensure timely resolution aligned to SLAs and business impact
Manage stakeholder communications throughout the escalation lifecycle and ensure closure actions are completed
Coordinate across stakeholders in US and EU time zones, with delivery and support teams distributed globally, including India
Translate technical updates into clear business outcomes and next steps
Qualification
Required
Technical experience in Entra ID (Azure) / Active Directory
SDM experience with strong communication to be able to effectively escalate as needed
Communication- Must communicate with stakeholders. Global experience is a plus as they will be working with people in Europe and India
