Responsibilities
You will develop, lead, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously against bold schedules
As a Program Manager, you will take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces. You will drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a daily basis
You will identify process gaps and drive closure to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
As a Program Manager, you will develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status from design to launch, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior and executive management
You will lead cross functional dependencies, risks and changes efficiently by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly. As you gain a deep understanding of OCI processes and teams, you will develop the ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risk with key partners & impacted teams providing risk mitigations recommendations when needed
You will collaborate with management and department leaders, performing an array of business operations functions from running project deliverables, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings while driving cross-team and cross-functional activities
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
5+ years of technical program management experience relevant to this position
5+ years in the IT industry
Ability to communicate optimally and establish rapport with team members
BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
