Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate has 5 plus years of experience in probate, estate and trust administration, formal and informal accounting, 17A guardianships, Surrogate Court appearances, etc
Experience with will contests and estate litigation a plus
Estate Planning experience must include drafting all estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives) as well as tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, including the drafting of ILITs, SLATs, GRATs, QPRTs, etc
Experience with corporate succession planning and LLCs a plus
Excellent client-interaction skills and the ability to handle consultations, planning meetings, and the ability to oversee a large case load and paralegal staff a must
Experience with client acquisition and business development a plus
