In this role, you will serve as the relationship leader on high-net-worth client accounts, partnering closely with the firm’s lead advisor to deliver exceptional service and disciplined portfolio management.

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted, client-facing partner on complex, high-net-worth relationships
Build credibility quickly through presence, listening, and follow-through
Manage day-to-day client needs with polish, responsiveness, and discretion
Navigate demanding clients with confidence, respect, and calm authority
Deliver a white-glove client experience, always
Partner with the lead advisor on portfolio construction, monitoring, and strategy
Translate investment strategy into clear, human conversations clients understand
Support reviews, analysis, rebalancing, and ongoing investment oversight
Bring curiosity and judgment — not just textbook answers
Contribute meaningfully to a firm being built the •right• way
Model professionalism, humility, and client-first thinking
Participate in shaping processes, service standards, and the future team
Share knowledge and passion for the craft of investing
Qualification
Required
Client-facing investment professional with strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and families
Well-spoken, respectful, credible, and genuinely likable
Financially fluent with real advisory experience (not just operations)
Curious, driven to learn, and growth-oriented
Able to handle strong personalities and executive-level expectations
Discreet, ethical, and grounded
Have experience at an RIA, bank, or advisory firm
May have an existing book of business or deep client relationships
Are seeking a move driven by values, not just compensation
Want to be part of a long-term succession-minded firm
