Accounts Payable - Bank/Finance
Collabera is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage payment invoices in Workday. The role requires a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger accounting systems, with a focus on providing accurate financial management information.
Responsibilities
Create payment Invoices in Workday
Possess an understanding of general ledger accounting systems and reporting practices
Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope following specific, detailed procedures
Review and determine the validity of supporting documentation provided by the business areas
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in financial services, and/or financial analysis related functions
College degree
Experience with Accounts Payable
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
Accounts Payable related business knowledge, both GAAP and financial concepts
Understanding of general ledger accounting systems and reporting practices
Strong analytical skills
Highly organized and thorough
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact and work optimally with internal and external customers
Preferred
Knowledge of Workday is a plus
Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
Review and determine the validity of supporting documentation provided by the business areas
