Responsibilities

Collaborate with cardiology clinicians, technologists, and administrative teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
Configure and optimize Epic Cupid module to support workflows such as cardiac imaging orders, procedure documentation, results reporting, and billing
Engage in integration between Cupid and external cardiovascular imaging systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other clinical applications like dictation or speech recognition
Demonstrate knowledge of cardiology workflows to inform system design and optimize clinical practice
Leverage broad knowledge of system integration points to work collaboratively across specialties to ensure cohesive workflows between scheduling, billing, and inpatient/outpatient clinical modules

Required

Epic Cupid Certification
Bachelor's degree
minimum 5+ years of Epic Cupid build experience
Analyze, design, test, and optimize assigned Epic Cupid applications to meet operational and technical needs
Collaborate with end-users, operational leaders, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality system implementation and support
Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization with minimal supervision
Document, educate, and implement medium-to-high complexity software solutions while driving process improvement across teams
