Responsibilities

Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Deliver outstanding sales performance by building trust and confidence with customers, understanding their unique needs, and matching them to Allstate’s products and services
Provide Expert Product Recommendations: Master our offerings to recommend coverage options and rates using Allstate’s tools and systems, ensuring each customer receives the best value and peace of mind
Strengthen Customer Relationships: Take initiative to expand household coverage, increase retention, and ensure customers feel fully supported. You’ll use influential communication skills to nurture long-term relationships and improve customer satisfaction
Collaborate to Achieve Excellence: Work with your team and leadership to align with company growth strategies and set ambitious performance targets
Stay Informed and Compliant: Attend ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach to continuous improvement will be essential in a fast-paced environment
