Responsibilities
Establish and enforce content governance policies, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high editorial standards across all documentation
Design, structure, and optimize large-scale documentation sets to improve readability, discoverability, and reuse
Define and implement content models to standardize documentation structure, metadata, and relationships between content components
Author and maintain developer-focused documentation, including OpenAPI specifications, CLI guides, and SDK documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, or Information Systems or related field
5 years of post-bachelor's experience as a Developer, Technical Writer or in a related position
2 years of experience with API documentation (OpenAI specifications)
5 years of experience with technical writing for SAAS software products
5 years of experience coding using Python, Javascript and Node
5 years of experience scripting with XML, HTML, and CSS
5 years of experience with source version control using GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket
5 years of experience developing, testing, and applying APIs
5 years of experience configuring and using billing, accounting, and payment SAAS systems
5 years of experience with structured DITA using Oxygen XML, Adobe Framemaker, MadCap Flare, or Heretto
