Responsibilities
Support cash forecasting across multiple entities and joint ventures
Assist with debt compliance , reporting, and understanding JV‑specific debt structures
Work through capital calls , entity‑level funding needs, and financial tracking
Partner with Business Development on capital‑related financial workflows
Provide analytical support on financial operations, forecasting, and process improvement
Help build, refine, and streamline financial processes as the organization continues rapid growth
Collaborate with engineering, accounting, and executive teams to support operational finance needs
Utilize Workday Adaptive for reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or similar
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (General Business acceptable)
Interest in the energy industry
Strong analytical skills with willingness to learn forecasting and FP&A
Desire to participate in process creation and continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment
Preferred
Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus, but not required
Public accounting experience strongly preferred
