Collaborate with a team of architects and coordinate with consulting engineers to oversee the Construction Administration phase of multiple projects
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
5+ years of professional experience in architecture, particularly with medium to large-scale projects
Proficiency in REVIT (cloud models) and AutoCAD; strong technical skills are essential
Complete knowledge of construction drawing standards
Demonstrable experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, expansion, and new construction
Strong knowledge of Florida or International Building Codes
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
Ability to work independently, a self-starter driving projects forward constantly
Preferred
Experience in government and aviation sector projects
