Accounts Receivable Analyst I - Huntingdon, TN
Gränges Americas Inc. is a global leader in the rolling and recycling of aluminum, dedicated to creating sustainable aluminum products. The Accounts Receivable Analyst I will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, processing customer credits and returns, and handling cash applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Audit customer pricing prior to invoicing each day
Process and distribute customer sales invoices in Rollcim and Dynamics AX daily
Calculate and process customer debits and credits for returned material, pricing adjustments, freight adjustments, etc.
Cash applications for customer payments
Close out and reconcile sales each month-end reconciling to the ledger
Prepare month end close journal entries and sales reports
Work in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all safety roles and practices
Represent the company’s core values of being committed, action oriented, innovative and accessible
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with customers
Ability to coordinate and work cross-functionally
Self-starter, detail oriented and able to work well without continual supervision
