Contribute as a hands-on builder focused on model development and rapid experimentation
Execute complex deep learning and multimodal modeling work with a production mindset
Partner closely with engineering to deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production
Influence adjacent teams through strong technical judgment and collaboration
Thrive in fastmoving, ambiguous spaces where learning fast and shipping value matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
3–6+ years in data science, deep learning, or applied ML
Proven, hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks
Experience training, finetuning, and evaluating large models
Ability to work with large datasets and curate domain specific training data
Track record of close collaboration with engineering partners
Strong analytical skills and clear, concise communication
Research mindset with real world impact; publications are a plus, not a requirement
Preferred
Data science, machine learning, optimization models
Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
