They are seeking a Data Management Specialist 2 responsible for data entry and quality control of land rights and associated documents into their land inventory systems, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting various internal business units.

Responsibilities

Data entry and quality control of Client’s Land rights and associated documents (deeds, easements, permits, etc.) into our land inventory system(s) of record, including tabular databases and GIS tools
Act as a subject matter expert and work directly with Data Management peers, as well as Real Estate Agents and Researchers to support our internal business unit partners
Support Quality Assurance/Quality Control and data clean-up initiatives
Support invoicing data entry or other special projects

Required

Familiarity with Data Management best practices
Experience or knowledge of GIS tools is a major plus
Familiarity with Real Estate terminology and Land Rights / Easements
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications
Excellent organization, data accuracy, attention to detail and time management and work management skills
Reading comprehension, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Proven self-motivated and possessing a strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of Electric Distribution and Transmission systems, Operations and Construction
High School Diploma and 4 years of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience, or
Associates Degree and 2 years of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience, or
Bachelors Degree and 1 year of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience
