They are hiring a Brand & Visual Designer to define and execute visual systems that enhance the company's brand presence both in the product and externally. The role involves shaping the visual identity of an AI product to build trust and recognition.

Responsibilities
Define and execute visual systems that power: social, blog, and video materials (LinkedIn posts, thumbnails, visuals for talks and demos)
Our product dashboard and in-app assets
Product education and explainer video content
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in brand design and visual systems, ideally for product-driven companies
Ability to work across many formats: motion/video, social graphics, presentations, product UI assets
Taste and judgment. You know when to keep things simple and when to push creatively
Comfort owning a broad surface area and making decisions independently
Clear communication and collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe, motion tools as needed)
Preferred
Genuine interest in AI products, growth, and how design drives adoption
Strong product sense and ability to think like a UI/UX designer
Familiarity with web design or basic coding (HTML/CSS)
