Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and verify analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits (ADC/DAC, amplifiers, regulators, references)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications and deliver robust designs
Review and guide custom IC layout at block and chip level
Support silicon bring-up, testing, characterization, and bench debugging
Manage design schedules to meet performance and delivery targets

Required

M.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of mixed-signal ASIC design experience
Strong knowledge of CMOS analog design, device physics, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/ADE, and SystemVerilog

Preferred

Experience with silicon validation and lab equipment is a plus
Python scripting and mixed-mode simulation experience preferred
