The Health Insurance (Consumer) Sales Agent will service clients, sell insurance products, manage existing accounts, and perform administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Selling insurance products to clients who contact •RIM Call Center• via inbound call, email or website
Manage an existing book of business and work with referral leads
Complete enrollments and policy renewals
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
The CSA must be licensed (or agree to get licensed within 60 days)
The CSAs insurance license must be Pennsylvania and may be required to be licensed in additional states
The CSA will need to complete the annual Medicare AHIP certification as well as carrier specific training
The CSA will be contracted as a Licensed Only Agent through Ritter Insurance Marketing for all necessary carriers
Basic understanding of health insurance processes and benefits
Basic understanding of Medicare, Medicare products, and individual health plans (ACA)
Knowledge of business operations and procedures
Ability to meet the sales and production benchmarks as determined by metrics outlined by management
Ability to adeptly operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone
Preferred
Associate Degree or higher preferred
Insurance sales and/or marketing experience preferred
