Responsibilities
Demonstrate the value of our cyber resilience solution to customers by advising, educating, and redefining the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery
Conducting ransomware readiness assessments
Aligning customer expectations with the cyber resilience solution
Align closely with our sales team
Require close partnership with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meaningful product development
Qualification
Required
8+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably as a Channel Engineer, Solutions Architect, advisor or architect
5+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably as a Channel Engineer, Solutions Architect, advisor, or architect
Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms
Knowledge in some of the following areas: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection and Computer Forensics
Experience in a security focused solution architect, sales engineer or similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including API's, scripting, and data exchange formats
Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment
B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%
Preferred
Scripting experience in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash and/or Python
CISSP, CEH, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, or similar certifications
