Responsibilities
Provide expert creative and marketing services for multiple clients by creating strategic project recommendations that support each client’s brand goals through brand campaigns, digital content, design initiatives, and multimedia productions
Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, and creative briefs that align with client and brand objectives
Manage the creative review process and facilitate feedback with all internal and external project stakeholders by presenting proofs, organizing feedback, and coordinating revisions
Establish and maintain project scope, identifying and managing scope creep
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and creative assets
Work closely with the Creative Project Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives or new brand development
Work closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned on project objectives, vision, and brand guidelines
Foster existing client relationships with great communication while delivering extraordinary creative solutions
Occasional travel for client meetings and events
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred, but not required
2-3 years of related working experience as a Client/Account Coordinator or other strategically minded Marketing Professional
Experience with client management and developing marketing and branding strategies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Demonstrate the ability to forecast and understand full project scope, plan for project milestones, assess and advise on project priorities, and execute according to project timeline
Demonstrate an ability to prioritize workload and work ahead when time allows
Demonstrate a willingness to be hands-on with every aspect of a project and take ownership of projects as needed
Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and produce high-quality, engaging copy and content for a range of brand marketing focused communications
Demonstrates the ability to prepare and present campaign strategy and creative deliverable presentations
Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment
Relational and empathetic
Strong work ethic and creative mindset with a passion for great work
Preferred
Working knowledge of graphic design, print production and email marketing a plus
Working knowledge of Google Suite (especially Gmail and Google Sheets) helpful but not required
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and project management systems helpful but not required
