Oversee multiple facilities maintenance operations including scheduling, quotes, process improvements, and vendor relationships
The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance operations including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
As the Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
The Regional Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
Preferred
Master's degree
